The rooms were clean and comfortable.The whole staff was wonderful and so polite. I would like to give a shout out to a very nice helpful cleaning lady . Her name is Shaquana ( not sure if spelling is correct ) so sorry if it isn’t . Keep up the good work .

Truly enjoyed my stay! The food at the restaurant was delicious. Can’t remember her name. She was working Friday night 1/2/2026 The server awesome service.lets not forget Toni the bartender. These ladies were phenomenal. Thanks for making my experience great. My husband and I will be back soon.

Parking sucks. Over flowing parking lot both days I stayed had to wait to for someone to leave to drive into a parking spot for my truck. Older marriot and older rooms. A/C is weird and the heat would randomly turn on. My coworker and I both had this problem.

The towels and linens are by far my top 5 for cleanest. However, just like a year and a half ago at this location, housekeeping is still only doing "water wipe downs," and that's why the rooms smell like an old persons house. This can be easily reversed. Plus, its just not sanitary. I would rate lower for this. However, I would be going against my own rating standards. Everything else is good. I work a 100% travel job (and was a housekeeper many, many years ago), I've seen it all. Please provide cleaners to your housekeepers and make them use it, for everyone's well-being. I mentioned this a year and a half ago. And now I'm publicly reviewing.

We were in Orange Park for our puppy to have eye surgery around the corner. Accommodations were outstanding and the staff was amazing. Staff members were genuinely asking about the puppy both while she was at the surgery center and after she returned to the hotel. Property was warm and accommodating. Would definitely start here again.

Very spacious rooms, good water pressure and temperature in the shower. Staff Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were varied. Plenty of parking.

I recently spent two weeks attending a class at this location, commuting in Monday through Thursday. While I didn’t stay overnight at the hotel, I was there daily and had a great experience. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, and the conference room was clean, well-lit, and in great condition. The A/C worked very well too—a couple time too well, but they adjusted that. If you're looking for a spot to host a meeting or conference, I would absolutely recommend this location.

Stayed here last night (7-23-2025) with my bf and everything was great!!! The lady at the front desk yesterday evening (forgot to get her name. ) was SUPER helpful and SUPER nice!!!! Very welcoming and accommodating. We stayed in a King Room with a balcony and loved being able to step outside for some fresh air. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was pretty spacious. This morning we ran into the lady that cleans the room and she was super nice as well!! All of the staff that we encountered during our stay were very friendly. Oh&I sat on the edge of the pool last night around 8-9pm&the water felt great&the pool looked to be super clean. Wish I would’ve had time to get in completely….maybe next time. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again if in the area. Keep up the great job!!!
